Business Representation for Jakü ( Premix Units/ Carbonators)

in cooperation we are installing all over the world and developing with the owner Jakü all premix units with seven components and carbonators with cooling down after carbonating the temperature of the product.

Apprentice Training

Authorized to train apprentices. Organizes registration at the vocational training college as well as all tasks arising hereof; supports apprentices, if necessary. Coaches apprentices in the brewing trade from the start to their Gesellenprüfung [skilled craftsman examination].

Process organisation / Rationalisation

First, processes are determined, analyzed and evaluated; recommendations will be given and further action will be initiated upon request.

Purchasing / Acquiring of Raw Material

Upon request we buy/organize the raw material, appliances and chemicals required.

Haccp (Ermittlung der spezifischen Gefährdung und der vorbeugenden Maßnahmen)

Pursuant to the guidelines for food safety 43/93 EWG (D.L. 26/05/1997, Nr.155) HACCP is mandatory for all businesses involved in food production (records and documentation must be maintained); mandatory review and auditing once a year by an independent auditor.
