Analyzing of the existing QC system, documenting weak and strong points. On the basis of the analysis, suggestions for improvement will be made; in case the QC is non-existing or under-developed a new QC system can be developed and implemented. Assistance in development of a laboratory.
Assessing / Evaluating Machinery / Line
Assessing your existing line and amending it, if required / installing and integrating new machines in the line and reviewing its efficiency
Organization of Internal Processes
Evaluation of internal processes and suggestions for improvement.

Development of new beverages, retrofitting existing lines to suit the new beverage, implementing suitable new process structures and introducing the new beverage on the market (technology, engineering, observing the laws).
Haccp (Conducting a Hazard Analysis and Introducing Preventive Measures)
Pursuant to the guidelines for food safety 43/93 EWG (D.L. 26/05/1997, Nr.155) HACCP is mandatory for all businesses involved in food production (records and documentation must be maintained); mandatory review and auditing once a year by an independent auditor.
